CALVERT CITY — W.T. “Dub” Brindley, 79, of Calvert City died at 1:25 a.m. Saturday at his home.
He was a retired member of Pipefitters Local 184 and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an active member of Lakeview Baptist Church.
Mr. Brindley is survived by his wife, Dolores English Brindley; a daughter, Kathy Hodges of Benton; three sons, Ronald Brindley and Richard Brindley, both of Benton, and Randy Brindley of Blanchard, Okla.; a sister, Betty Walker of Calvert City; a brother, Charles Brindley of Paducah; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lilbern Brindley and Nina Ward Brindley.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory with Brad White officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Fooks Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
