Michael and Judy True of Liberty announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly JoLee True, to Tyler Blane Harp, son of Paul and Arneé Harp of Rineyville.

Miss True is the granddaughter of Dean and Josephine Mullins of Yosemite, and Aldie Jr. and Iva Lee True of Liberty. She is a 2008 graduate of Casey County High School in Liberty and a 2012 graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a self-employed child care provider.

Mr. Harp is the grandson of Arnett Willoughby of Kevil, Frances Turnbough of Paducah, and Paul and Joyce Harp of Paducah. He is a 2010 graduate of John Hardin High School in Elizabethtown and is pursuing degrees in Spanish and pre-med from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. July 28 at Ashley Inn Bed & Breakfast in Bryantsville. All friends and relatives are invited.
