KIRKSEY — Susan Nicole Collins and Christopher Carter Copass were united in marriage Dec. 10 at Kirksey United Methodist Church with Dr. C. Wyman Copass and the Rev. David Allbritten officiating. Music was provided by Kyle Howard of Mayfield, pianist; and Michael Bristow and Matthew Bristow, both of Owensboro, trumpeters.
The bride is the daughter of David E. and Mary Collins of Mayfield. The groom is the son of Dr. C. Wyman and Glenda Copass of Bowling Green.
The bride chose Mrs. Randee Collins Simmons of Mayfield, Mrs. Emily Collins Brown of Louisville and Mrs. Tosha York Clark of Benton as her bridesmaids. Serving as flower girl and ringbearer were Miss Kayl Clark and Gunner Clark, daughter and son of Adam and Tosha Clark of Benton.
The groom chose Zachary Kittinger of Lexington as his best man. Groomsmen were Brandon Lester of Madisonville and Tyler Justice of Louisville.
A reception followed at The Maple Center in Murray. Servers were Rebecca Downey and Erin McCallon, both of Murray, Susan Bristow, Kaylyn Bristow, Kristen Millay, Natalie Bristow and Catilyn Bristow, all of Owensboro. Angie Majors of Mayfield attended the guest registry.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Graves County High School in Mayfield and earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Murray State University. She is a 2011 graduate of Sullivan University College of Pharmacy with a doctor of pharmacy degree and is employed by Walters Family Pharmacy in Murray.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Daviess County High School in Owensboro, a 2005 graduate of Transylvania University and a 2011 graduate of Sullivan College of Pharmacy with a doctor of pharmacy degree. He is employed by Radio Pharmacy of Paducah.
They reside in Lone Oak.
