BOAZ — Graveside services for Sue Ann Adkins Frields, 59, of Boaz will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2012, at Johnson Cemetery in Boaz with the Rev. Chad Lamb officiating.

Mrs. Frields died at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012, at her home.

She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Dick and Billie Sue Goheen, both of Mayfield; two sons, Timothy McNeill of Mayfield and Joshua Goheen of Paducah; her mother, Rebecca Adkins of Boaz; two sisters, Nina Wilson of Mayfield and Judy Renard of Hickory; one brother, Raymond Adkins of Boaz; and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eulis Adkins; one great-granddaughter; and two brothers.
