Stephen L. Phelps, 58, of Paducah passed away at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home.

Survived by his wife, Beverly Dublin Phelps of Paducah; one son, Jason Phelps of Paducah; one daughter, Christiana Culp of Ledbetter; two brothers, Gerald Phelps of Paducah and George Phelps of Grantsburg, Ill.; one grandson, Wesley Culp of Ledbetter.

Mr. Phelps was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel (Feathers) and Bertha Phelps; one brother, Danny Phelps.

A family gathering will be held Sunday, August 5, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Community Life Church, 5001 Village Square Drive, Paducah, Ky. There will be no services. Keeling Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
