Kentucky, Louisville head to Final Four

The Kentucky Wildcats made it to the Final Four portion of the NCAA basketball tournament held Saturday in New Orleans. UK beat Baylor and Indiana over the weekend to make it to the last four standing. The Wildcats will play in-state rival University of Louisville at 5 p.m.

Ohio State and Kansas are also in the Final Four, playing each other immediately following the UK-U of L  game. Any team in the Final Four needs just two wins for the national championship, which will be played Monday night.

Stewart claims shortened victory

Defending NASCAR Sprint Series champion Tony Stewart won his second race of the young NASCAR season, winning at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., on Sunday. Rain shortened the race by 71 laps. Kyle Busch finished in second place and Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished third. Stewart has won seven of the past 15 races over this season and the last.

Tebow jets to New York

After signing quarterback Peyton Manning to its roster, the Denver Broncos traded quarterback Tim Tebow to the New York Jets on Wednesday.

The trade has caused quite a stir among fans who are crazy about Tebow, the former University of Florida quarterback who is known for his outspoken Christian faith.
