Shirley Tadlock, 80, of Paducah, formerly of Ottumwa, Iowa, died at 4 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital.

She was a retired bus driver for Paducah City School System and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheri Lee of Hardin; three sons, Rick Tadlock, Jeff Tadlock and Terry Tadlock; all of Paducah; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Tadlock; a daughter, Debra Dugan; and eight brothers and sisters. Her parents were Eddie H. and Myra McMurtry Warnock.

Services will be noon Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Joel Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Kenton Cemetery.
