ARLINGTON — Shaye Price, 33, of Arlington, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012, at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Price of Arlington; her mother, Sally Alvey of Calvert City; her stepfather, David Alvey of West Paducah; one brother, Rick Grimm of Washington; two stepbrothers, David Alvey of Reidland and Coty Alvey of Symsonia; mother-in-law and stepfather-in-law, Carol and Gary Carter of Arlington; father-in-law, Terry G. Price of Union City, Tenn.; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Grimm; and grandparents, Melvin and Evelyn Roberts and James and Imogene Grimm.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2012, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah with Rev. Jeremy Short officiating. Friends may call after 11 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak.
