PRINCETON — Royce Burchett, 76, of Princeton died Wednesday at Caldwell Medical Center.

He was retired from the UK Research Center. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Nita Oden of Princeton; one foster daughter, Tina Sander of Princeton; five foster grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Burchett and Bobby Burchett, and one sister, Betty Pyle of Princeton.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Marie Oliver Burchett; one daughter, Rita Burchett; one brother; one sister; and one foster grandson. His parents were Jesse and Ludie Burchett.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Northside Baptist Church in Princeton. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at Morgan’s Funeral Home and from noon until 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
