Rosella P. Goode, 82, of Bardwell died at 8:40 p.m. Monday at Countryside Healthcare. Mrs. Goode was a member of Bardwell Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Tamra Shehorn of Bardwell; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Goode was preceded in death by her husband, Otis S. Goode; two sons, Carlos Wayne Goode and Otis S. Goode Jr.; two sisters; one brother; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. Her parents were Toney L. and Clara Goad Polivick. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with the Rev. Rodney Bice and John Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Old Bardwell Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
