Services for Richard L. Johnson of Paducah will be at 1 p.m. today at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home in Jackson, Tenn. The Rev. James L. Hudson will officiate. Burial will be in Dean Cemetery in Henderson, Tenn.

Mr. Johnson died at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 31 at the McCracken Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Paducah.

He was a member of Harrison Street Missionary Baptist Church and retired from the Tennessee Valley Authority.

He is survived by two daughters, Gracie Johnson of Paducah and Betty Porter of Robbins, Ill.; one son, Stanley Williams of Paducah; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Brooks of Henderson, Tenn.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lessie Bell, and one brother. His parents were Sylvester Johnson and Lessie Murrell.
