VIENNA, Ill. — Rebecca Smith, 92, of Vienna died at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.

She was a homemaker and was a nurse’s aide at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet and Hillview Health Care Center in Vienna. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two daughters, Floy Harner of Vienna and Nancy Belford of Grantsburg; a son, Michael Dean Simmons of Belknap; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Susie Robinson of Simpson; and three half sisters.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Floyd C. Simmons; her second husband, Clella Jean Smith; two grandchildren; and two brothers. Her parents were Harvey B. and Clyde Flora Westbrooks White.

A private service will be conducted, with interment in Vienna Fraternal Cemetery.

There will be no public visitation.
