CAVE-IN-ROCK, Ill. — Ray Baize, 60, of Cave-In-Rock, Ill., died Saturday at his home.

He was a member of the Cave-In-Rock Masonic 444, Anaid Shrine, and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Baize; a daughter, Janet Rae Baize; a son, Johnny Ray Baize; two stepdaughters, Sharine Oliver Biehl and Amber Graning; his mother, Nancy Eschenbrenner; and six grandchildren.

He is preceded by his father, Estil Leon Baize; one brother; and one sister.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Christian Church in Cave-In-Rock with the Rev. Jeff Bullock officiating.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday at the church. Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements.
