METROPOLIS, Ill. — Phillip Ray Slayden, 76, of Metropolis died Tuesday at his home.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Pell Cemetery in Brookport with the Rev. Rick Miller officiating.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at Brookport Funeral Home.

Contributions may be made to the Massac County Youth Fair.
