SALEM — Mr. Phillip Eugene Faulkner, 74, of Salem, Ky., passed away Friday afternoon at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem.

He attended Creekside General Baptist Church in Marion.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lucy Tolley Faulkner; five children, Robert Faulkner and his wife Tina of Grand Rivers, Ky., Donald Faulkner of Burna, Ky., Patricia Yates and her husband Stacey of Burna, Ky., Ricky Faulkner and his wife Mary of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Brenda Tabor and her husband Tom of Burna, Ky.; nine grandchildren, James Faulkner and his wife Cassie, Paxton Yates, Shawn Faulkner and his wife Sharee, Keisha Faulkner, Karrlee Palmateer, Kendra Palmateer, Katie Palmateer, Lauryn Faulkner, and Allie Downing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronie and Lois May Kimberlin Faulkner.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors with the Rev. Roger Holliman officiating. Burial will follow at White Church Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday evening in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors in Salem.
