NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Paula Ann Cothran-Honeycutt, 60, of Nashville died Saturday at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Other arrangements were incomplete.
