Pat Williams, 51, of Paducah, formerly of Mayfield, died at 4:25 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2012, at Lourdes hospital.

She was a caregiver, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and a 1979 graduate of Mayfield High School.

She is survived by her mother, Evanelle Swan Williams of Paducah; two sisters, Carol Ann Tenney of Paducah and Sandra Williams of Seattle; and one brother, Dennis Williams of Charleston, S.C.

She was preceded in death by her father, Horace E. Williams.

Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Mound City National Cemetery in Mounds, Ill., with the Rev. Nathan Rogers officiating.

There will be no visitation. Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
