MAYFIELD — Pat Phillips, 71, of Mayfield died Thursday at Heritage Manor Healthcare.

He was employed as a galvinator for American Maritime Officers and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by one brother, Terry Rucker of Mayfield, and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. His parents were James Perry and Leona Oleksy Rucker.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mayfield Memory Gardens with the Rev. Rick Miller officiating.
