ARLINGTON — Mr. and Mrs. Otis Clyde Johnson of Arlington recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Johnson and the former Stella Marie Lee were married Oct. 6, 1962, by Huey Burgess at his home in the Dublin community. Their attendants were Betty and Kenneth Tyler.

Mrs. Johnson is retired from Garan Inc. in Clinton. She is the daughter of the late Francis and Louise Lee.

Mr. Johnson is retired from Continental General Tire in Mayfield. He is the son of the late Otis and Lillie Mae Johnson.

They have two children: Steven Johnson of Smyrna, Tenn., and Tina Painter of Lone Oak; and one granddaughter.
