Orr-Zimmer

Richard and Meri Orr of Marion announce the engagement of their daughter, Caylee Brooke Orr, to John Charles Zimmer, son of Charles “Bud” and Jill Zimmer of Vandalia, Ill.

Miss Orr is the granddaughter of Ron and Donna Orr of Marion, Frank and Nira McCallum of Garfield, and the late Charles and Mary Wright. She is a 2005 graduate of Crittenden County sports_high_school and a 2008 graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College with an associate degree in nursing. She is employed as a cardiac care nurse at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

Mr. Zimmer is the grandson of Donald Bennyhoff of Vandalia, Ill., and the late Marjorie Bennyhoff, and the late Albert and Stella Zimmer. He is a 2003 graduate of Vandalia sports_high_school and a 2007 graduate of Greenville College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental management. He is the national wildlife habitat coordinator for Quail Unlimited in Benton.

The wedding will be May 14 at Broadway United Methodist Church in Paducah.
