NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — Norma J. Moran, 81, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Halifax Health Hospice, Southeast Volusia Care Center, Edgewater, Fla.

Mrs. Moran, a homemaker, was born in Louisville, Ky., and moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1993 from Paducah. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church, Garden Club and Yacht Club, all in New Smyrna Beach.

Survivors include one son, Jacque A. Moran Jr. of Louisville; one daughter, Sandy Burchard of Melber, Ky., and two grandchildren, Brittany Moran and Clay Reynolds, both of Melber.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Jacque A. Moran, in 2005.

Cremation was by Dudley Crematory, New Smyrna Beach.

No funeral or memorial service is planned.
