MURRAY — Nancy Charlene Warren, 93, of Murray died Thursday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She retired from Merit Clothing, Murray-Calloway County Hospital, and Mayfield Hospital as a nurse’s aide. During World War II she was a Rosie the Riveter. She was also a member of Antioch Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son, Rodney Warren of Woodlawn, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Wendy Lipscomb of Nashville, Tenn., and Christi Richardson of Powder Springs, Ga.; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin C. Warren; two brothers, and two sisters. Her parents were Edgar and Larue Pullen.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Al Colley Jr. officiating, with burial in the Antioch Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
