EDDYVILLE — Nancy Vanderveer, 87, of Eddyville, formerly of Madisonville, died Thursday, July 4, 2013, at her daughter’s home.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Lloyd Vanderveer of Hanson and Phillip Vanderveer of Greensboro, N.C.; two daughters, Joanna Gamblin of Eddyville and Vicki Fox of Paducah; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Stanley Watts of Richland and Jerry Watts of Dawson Springs; and three sisters, Evelyn Clayton of South Bend, Ind., and Martha Offiled and Bertha Sugar, both of Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Vanderveer, and one brother. Her parents were Wiley and Jettie Poole Watts.
Services will be at noon Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville with Jonathan Harrelson officiating.
Burial will follow in Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Hopkins County.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
