Murrell M. Proctor, 80, of Paducah died at 5:40 p.m. Sunday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Ms. Proctor was a member of New Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the Mother’s Board. She was formerly a cook for Paducah schools and the Country Club of Paducah.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Proctor of Louisville and Edward Presley of Trenton, N.J.; two daughters, Marquitta Hill and Debbie Proctor, both of Paducah; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one brother, James B. Mitchell of Paducah; two sisters, Christine Bentley of Louisville and Marie Proctor of Toledo, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by seven sisters and three brothers. Her parents were William Proctor and Louella Brown Morris.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. James H. Vinson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home and after noon Saturday at the church.
