Mrs. Mildred Clark Kimbell Allen, age 92, of Paducah, and formerly of Clinton, passed away at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012, at her home.
Mildred retired as a real estate salesperson for Ezzell Real Estate. She also taught Bridge lessons at the community center, Charity League and private lessons at her home. She was a member of the American Bridge League and in 1967 became the seventh person to be a life master in Paducah. She was also a member of First Christian Church in Paducah.
She is survived by her two sons, Clark Allen of Houston, Texas, and Rick Allen of Paducah; one grandson, Eric Allen of Paducah; and great-granddaughter, Helen Allen of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, S.C. “Jack” Allen; her parents, Joe and Laverne Clark Kimbell; and one sister.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at the Oakwood Cemetery.
Friends may meet at the cemetery.
