MARION — Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Corley of Marion will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 1 at Union Baptist Church fellowship hall. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple request no gifts.

Mr. Corley and the former Evelyn Woodall were married Dec. 31, 1941, in Charleston, Mo., with Elder J.C. Lilly officiating. Their attendants were Cora Woodall Wilson and Helen Moxley.

Mrs. Corley is a retired deputy property valuation administrator. She is the daughter of the late Sidney Woodall and the late Cora Woodall Wilson.

Mr. Corley is a retired Crittenden County property valuation administrator. He is the son of the late Calvin and Zella Corley.

They have three children: Bonita Crowell and Maura Corley, both of Marion, and Karon Schindler of Atlanta; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
