CADIZ — Mary Brown McClellan of Cadiz, formerly of Brooklyn, Mich., died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home in Cadiz.

She retired from Ford Motor Company. She was a member of St. Joseph Shrine in Onsted, Mich., and St. Stephens Catholic Church in Cadiz. She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a volunteer for the veterans hospital.

She is survived by one daughter, Maggie Christie of Cadiz; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent J. McClellan; and one sister. Her parents were Jack and Zulma DeFour Brown.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at St. Joseph Shrine in Onsted, Mich. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Shrine Cemetery. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at St. Joseph Shrine.

King’s Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
