BENTON — Martha Louise Lyles, 72, of Benton died at 6:45 a.m. Thursday at Lourdes hospital.

She was a member of Little Cypress Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, James F. “Jack” Lyles of Benton; two sons, Greg Lyles and his wife, Melanie of Benton and Steve Washburn and his wife, RaeAnn of Calvert City; four grandchildren, Heather York and her husband, Brad, and Whitney Lyles, all of Benton; Kyle Washburn of Calvert City and Jessica Suggs and her husband, Cam of Greenriver, Tenn.; three great-grandchildren, Maggie Suggs, Camden Suggs and Molly Suggs; two sisters, Dixie Thweatt and her husband, Jay of Paducah and Peggy Filbeck and her husband, Donnie of Benton; and two brothers, Gerald Chambers and his wife, Pam of Benton and Jim Chambers and his wife, Karen of Charlotte, N.C.

She was preceded in death by one son, Charles “Chuck” McClanahan; and her parents were James Thomas Chambers and Virginia Louise (Henson) Chambers.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. C.C. Brasher, Rev. Patrick Gerwitz and Tim King will officiate and burial will follow in the Benton Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory.
