KARNAK, Ill. — Services for Martha H. Bloodworth Hobson, 88, of Springfield, formerly of Cypress, will be at 11 a.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Rev. Alan Milligan will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery in Cypress.

Mrs. Hobson died at 12:40 p.m. Sunday in Virden.

Mrs Hobson retired from Johns Hospital in Springfield as a certified nurse’s assistant and was a member of Living Hope Fellowship Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Rita Ragan of Virden; two sons, Amon Bloodworth of Liberty, S.C., and Dale Bloodworth of Jacksonville, Ala.; two sisters, Velma Warren of Washington and Wilma Altenberger of South Carolina; and two brothers, David Henry of Dongola and Vernon Henry of Cypress.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Luther Bloodworth; second husband, Hubert Hobson; six brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Robert and Katie Eastwood Henry.
