FULTON — Lomega Belle Allen, 100, of Fulton died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at her home.

Mrs. Allen was of the Baptist faith and retired from Combined Insurance Company in Chicago, where she worked in the custodial department.

She is survived by two daughters, Ida Faye Allen of Fulton and Patricia Ann Harvey of Evansville, Ind.; two sons, F. Spencer Allen of Morton Grove, Ill., and Richard E. Allen of Navato, Calif.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Amy Haygood of Jackson, Tenn., Rosa M. Fulcher of Martin, Tenn., and Ruth Prince of Chicago.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Allen, and five brothers. Her parents were Thomas Franklin Doughty and Ida Duke Doughty.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment in Wesley Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at the funeral home.
