PRINCETON — Mr. and Mrs. Junior Beavers of Princeton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church Family Life Center, 121 Kentucky Ave., Princeton. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple request no gifts.

Mr. Beavers and the former Lois Ann Oliver were married Aug. 24, 1962, by the Rev. Luke Watson at Qulin Baptist Church in Qulin, Mo. Their attendants were Katherine Watson and Carter Oliver.

Mr. and Mrs. Beavers were self-employed at Beavers Auto Service until their retirement. Mrs. Beavers is the daughter of the late Carter and Helen Oliver. Mr. Beavers is the son of the late Charles and Otie Beavers.

They are the parents of Kristi Couch of White House, Tenn., and Misty Williams of Almo. They have four grandchildren.
