Kelly Ann Kuehn and Lee Izak Nichols were united in marriage Aug. 17 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Paducah with the Rev. Brian Roby officiating. Music was provided by Douglas Arnold of Paducah, pianist and organist; and Leslie Moore of Paducah, vocalist. Serving as lectors were Miss Samantha Hobbs of Murray and Mrs. Ashley Miller of Paducah.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Stephanie Kuehn of Paducah.
The groom is the son of Marty and Teresa Nichols of Milburn.
The bride chose Ms. Aly Schmidt of Charlotte, N.C., as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Shakira Bell, Mrs. Lynsi Barnhill, Mrs. Ashley Miller, Miss Kaitlin Kuehn and Miss Taylor Kuehn, all of Paducah; and Mrs. Ashley Wilson of Gonzales, La. Serving as flower girls were Miss Emma Moore, daughter of Lee Moore of Cunningham and Katie Hill of Clinton; and Miss Zoee Sullenger, daughter of Brandon and Deedra Sullenger of Bardwell. Ringbearer was Brady Lynch, son of Matt and Kristin Lynch of Hickory.
The groom chose Kye Nichols of Paducah and Luk Nichols of Nashville, Tenn., as his best men. Groomsmen were Andy Carloss of Paducah, Zack Jones of Gilbertsville, Chris Sherry of Louisville, Tyson Sargent of Kirkwood, Mo., and Derrick Augspurger of St. Louis. Serving as ushers were Clint Fryburger of Lexington and Luke Nowlin of Nolensville, Tenn.
A reception followed at Walker Hall Events Center. Kelly Word of Paducah was the server. Mrs. Sara Andrus of Paducah and Miss Samantha Hobbs of Murray attended the guest registry.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of St. Mary High School in Paducah and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2006 from Murray State University. She is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana at Evansville. She is employed by Baptist Health Paducah.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Carlisle County High School in Bardwell and earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications in 2007 from the University of Kentucky. He is employed by FNB Bank of Paducah.
They reside in Paducah.
