MAYFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Larry G. Jackson of Mayfield will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, in the Tea Room of Trace Creek Baptist Church. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple request no gifts.

Mr. Jackson and the former Magdalene Pilcher were married Feb. 22, 1963, in Brownsville, Tenn., by the Rev. L.D. Kennedy. Their attendants were Martha Dean Pilcher and Jerry Buckner.

Mrs. Jackson is the daughter of the late Lynt J. and Elizabeth Pilcher.

Mr. Jackson is a retired Baptist minister. He is the son of the late Raymond and Velma Jackson.

They are the parents of Angela Williams of Paducah, Sherry White of Winchester, Va., John Mark Jackson of Paducah and Joseph Jackson of Benton. They have seven grandchildren.
