WICKLIFFE — Larry Dale Chandler Sr., 67, of Wickliffe, formerly of Bardwell, died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at his home.

He was a member of Bardwell VFW Post 5409 and attended Blandville Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Vivian Chandler; two sons, Dale Chandler Jr. of Paducah and Jason Chandler of La Center; one stepdaughter, Tracy Lambert of Paducah; one stepson, Christopher Davis of Bardwell; three sisters, Barbara Lindsey of Bardwell, Shirley Byassee of Arlington, and Phyllis Colley of Paducah; four brothers, Jimmy Chandler of Birmingham, Ala., Randal Chandler of Paducah, Donnie Chandler of Bardwell, and Craig Chandler of Murray; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Calvin and Ovaline Chandler; and one brother.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with the Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Blandville.
