Kathryn V. Bland, 70, of West Paducah died at 10:50 a.m. Monday at Superior Care Nursing Home.

Mrs. Bland was a housewife. She was a charter member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and attended Freedom Center in Paducah.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Bland; one daughter, Regina Oller of West Paducah; one son, Allen Bland of Paducah; one sister, Evelyn Tomasino of Sun City, Ariz.; one brother, Carlton Vickery of Richmond Hill, Ga.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. Her parents were Barney Vickery and Evelyn Bell Vickery Crawford.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Donna Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Brooks Memorial Park.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
