CADIZ — June Dunn Sumner, 79, of Cadiz died Saturday at her home.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

She was survived by her husband, Billy Earl Sumner of Cadiz; three grandsons, William Earl Sumner and James Thomas Sumner, both of Cadiz, and David Allen Sumner of Jackson, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Oma Dunn; and one son, William “Butch” Sumner.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Cotton officiating. Burial will follow at Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
