MAYFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hayden of Mayfield will observe their 50th wedding anniversary with a celebration on Oct. 14 at St. Joseph Parish Center in Mayfield.

Mr. Hayden and the former Judith Ann Faulkner were married Oct. 6, 1962, by the Rev. Clark Fields at St. Jerome Church in Fancy Farm. Their attendants were David Faulkner and Carol Faulkner.

Mrs. Hayden is a retired registered nurse with 25 years’ service at Lourdes hospital. She is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William M. Faulkner.

Mr. Hayden is a self-employed barber at Robert’s Hair Design. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Hayden.

They are the parents of Laura Hayden and Will Hayden, both of Mayfield, and Jon Hayden of Paducah. They have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
