Scotty and Debbie Jones of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Beth Jones, to Nicholas Shane Rolens, son of Bob and Kris Rolens of Paducah.

Miss Jones is the granddaughter of Carolyn Thompson of Paducah and the late James Thompson, and the late Randall Jones and the late Evon Jones Herrick. She is a 2010 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is a student at West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed by Four Rivers Clinical Research in Paducah.

Mr. Rolens is the grandson of Ken and Sue Ahoff of Selma, Calif., and Ken and Gerri Rolens of Fredericktown, Mo. He is a 2010 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is pursuing a degree in criminal justice from West Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 7 p.m. April 28 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
