PRINCETON — Johnny Mar Wells, 60, of Princeton died at 4:05 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2013, at his home.
He was a Navy veteran and a registered nurse at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center Emergency Room for many years. He also drove a truck for Miles Trucking.
Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Wells McDowell of Princeton and Brandy Wells Murray of Lebanon, Tenn.; one brother, Kenneth Wells of Washington, Ill.; three sisters, Nancy Brown of Knoxville, Tenn., Brenda Voisinet of Bloomington, Ill., and Hazel Smith of Hopkinsville, and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother and his stepfather, Leo Paul Blackwell. His parents were Burno Lewis Wells and Ethelene Pearl Boren Wells Blackwell.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton with Jody Murray officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
