HICKORY — John H. Sanderson, 75, of Hickory died Saturday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

Mr. Sanderson was a retired self-employed construction worker. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

He is survived by one son, Jeff Sanderson; two daughters, Sharon Sanderson Worthy and Angela Sanderson Freeze; two sisters, Ozelle Sanderson Rodgers and Betty Sanderson Rogers, all of Mayfield; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. His parents were Herman and Maggie Cope Sanderson.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Rev. Wayne Berry officiating. Interment will follow in Dowdy Cemetery.
