Joe Greif, 53, of Paducah died at 9 p.m. Wednesday at his home.

Mr. Greif was a maintenance worker for the city of Paducah and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his mother, Mattie Greif; three brothers, Ron Nichols of Paducah, Charlie Nichols of Paducah, and Larry Greif of Mt. Vernon, Ill.; one sister, Sandra Jean Greif of Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Joseph Greif Jr.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery Chapel, with the Rev. Topper Council officiating.
