Jimmie Lois “Red” Riley, 74, of Paducah passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Riley was a retired diesel mechanic, an avid hunter, and a loving grandfather. He was a member of Southland Baptist Temple.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Riley; two sons, Jesse Wiggins and his wife Vickie, and Harold Riley and his wife K.D., all of Paducah; three daughters, Ruth Ann Henley and her husband Bobby, Debbie Wilson, and Lois Argo, all of Paducah; six brothers, James, Eugene and Randy Riley, and Wayne, Charles and Roy Glisson, all of Paducah; four sisters, Bettie Matheny of Paducah, Sue Wallace of Tennessee, Patricia Greenup of Paducah, and Mary Ann Riley of Paducah. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Riley was preceded in death by three brothers; and two sisters. His parents were Lois Riley and Vera Glisson.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at Lindsey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow at Riley Cemetery in Golo.
Visitation will be Monday, April 22, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
