DAWSON SPRINGS — Jewell Clay Galloway, 68, died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
He was a member of the Midway Valley Pentecostal Church, a carpenter and served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Gray Galloway; his mother, Jean Creekmur Galloway; two daughters, Kelly Hale of Dawson Springs and Debra Marie Judd of Louisville; two sons, Todd Hale of Dawson Springs and Michael Byron Galloway of Louisville; three sisters, Susan Jones of Madisonville, Judy Galloway and Faye DeHart, both of Dawson Springs; four brothers, Bobby Galloway of Charleston, S.C., Frankie and Randy Galloway, both of Dawson Springs, and Jewell Ray Galloway of Madisonville; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jewell Sherman Galloway; and two brothers.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Piney Grove Cemetery with Rev. Willard Walls officiating. The funeral procession will leave Beshear Funeral Home at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
