Services for Jeffrey Lee Casey, 49, of Paducah will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Kevin Pleasant officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Sharpe.

Mr. Casey died at 2:25 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, in Carlisle County.

He was a first mate for the Western Rivers Boat Management Inc. and had served in the National Guard.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Marie Phillips Casey of Paducah; one son, Christopher Paul; two sisters, Ruth Chesnut of Winchester and Shanon Casey of Paducah; one brother, David Casey of Paducah; and one half brother, Ted Crisp of Russellville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Casey, and one sister.

Friends may call after noon Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at the funeral home.
