GRIMSBY, Ontario, Canada — Rebecca Ann Clausen and James Chulhyun Park were united in marriage Dec. 18 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Grimsby with Matthew Campbell officiating. Music was provided by William Outred of Welland, organist.
The bride is the daughter of Andy and Pam Clausen of Paducah.
The groom is the son of Justin Park of Toronto and the late Jane Park.
The bride chose her sister, Miss Laura Clausen of Nashville, Tenn., as her maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Mrs. Courtney Bowen of Grimsby.
The groom chose Aaron Johnston of Keswick as his best man. Groomsman was Allan Martin of Peterborough.
A reception followed.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Lone Oak sports_high_school in Paducah and a 2004 graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Ark., with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a 2009 graduate of D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y., with a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner and is pursuing a doctorate of forensic nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tenn. She is employed by Niagara Health System in St. Catharines and the Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Buffalo.
The groom is a 1991 graduate of Peoples Christian Academy in North York and a 1995 graduate of Centennial College in Scarborough with a degree in ambulance and emergency care. He is employed by Peel Regional Paramedic Service in Brampton.
They reside in Stoney Creek.
