CADIZ — Inez “Tina” Worthington, 93, of Cadiz died Tuesday at her home.

She was a homemaker and a member of Canton Baptist Church.

She is survived by seven sons, August Lavern Loftis, Norman Loftis, Mike Loftis, all of Van Buren, Ind., John Loftis of New Concord, Charles B. Loftis of Usk, Wash., Dale Loftis of Cadiz, and James Worthington of Dallas; two daughters, Betty Ritch of Vancouver, Wash., and Geraldine Loftis of Cadiz; one sister, Wilma J. Rust of Indiana; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Ed Loftis and Ernest Richard Worthington; three sons; two brothers; and one sister.

Her parents were T.J. McCullough and Inez Albertine Burke McCullough.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at King’s Funeral Home with the Revs. Paul Cannon and Damian Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
