CAIRO, Ill. — Helen B. Winkler, 81, of Cairo died Friday at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cairo and was a homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Pitcher and Pam Caldwell, both of Cairo, and Angie Thomas of Metropolis; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo with the Rev. Robert D. McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
