Barry and Brenda Greene of Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Greene, to John Jameson Rouse, son of Mike Rouse and Rebecca Willis, both of Owensboro.

Miss Greene is the granddaughter of Norma Sides of Central City and Ray and Imogene Greene of Hopkinsville. She is a 2004 graduate of Heath High School and is employed at Western Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Rouse is the grandson of Bill Garland of Hawesville and Linda Rouse of Owensboro. He is a 2004 graduate of Apollo High School in Owensboro and is pursuing a registered nurse degree from West Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. Oct. 8 at Twelve Oaks Baptist Church in Paducah.
