Opal Tuttle of Barbourville announces the engagement of her daughter, April Geanette Gray, to Bradley David Shoulta, son of Kenny and Carol Shoulta of Paducah.

Miss Gray is the granddaughter of Jeanetta Murphy of Barbourville and the late Charlie Waters. She is a 2001 graduate of Barbourville High School and a 2006 cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky with bachelor degrees in finance and decision science and information systems. She earned a master’s degree in business administration in 2011 from the University of Newcastle in Australia.

Mr. Shoulta is the grandson of Ann Vaughan of Paducah and the late Tommy Vaughan and Rosalee Shoulta of Paducah and the late Charles Shoulta. He is a 2001 graduate of St. Mary High School, a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and earned a master’s degree with distinguished honors in business administration in 2011 from the University of Newcastle in Australia.

A September wedding is planned at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Lexington.
