GOLCONDA, Ill. — Gertrude (Gertie) Eva Maria Norvell, 85, of Golconda died at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at her home.

She attended Gospel Mission Tabernacle in Golconda.

She is survived by two sons, Mike and Johnny; three daughters, Patricia, Susan, and Rosa; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert; one son, Kenneth Wayne; and one daughter, Shirley Marie.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at New Liberty Church near Eddyville. Aly Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
